Exercises for the arms

If you want to look good, you need nice looking arms. And with summer around the corner, right now is the time to start. Here are some great exercises for the arms. You can use weights or if you are just starting out, try soup cans.
The biceps curl: Place weights in hand by side and slowly curl your arms up. Hold for three counts, then slowly lower back down.
The tricep curl: Hold the weights in each hand and bend over slightly. Extend your arms out behind you slowly, count to 3, then lower back down.
The basic pushup: Get down on all fours and push yourself up using your arms.
The Shoulder press: Hold a weight in each hand, with your arms up by your ears. Slowly extend your arms up to the ceiling, then lower back down.
Remember that no move should be fast or jerky. If the weight is too much to bear, opt for a lower weight. Do these moves everyother day to see results by the summer.
